Jennifer Payne’s background and experience makes her uniquely qualified to offer diversity, strategic insight and effective communication strategies. She has a combined 8 years of professional experience in corporate communications, advertising, entertainment (film and sports), social media and philanthropic PR — including grassroots, community and urban initiatives.

In addition, Jennifer has 12+ years of human resources and operations experience, including in-depth knowledge of state/federal corporate compliance.  HR/Operations provided Jennifer with opportunity and ability to challenge and influence leadership including C-level.

Jennifer has experience with developing: strategic film campaign proposals, targeted media coverage, press releases, media advisories, social media campaigns, marketing materials and various communication activities.

She has worked on well-known film projects such as (to name a few): Lionsgate’s “Precious” and “From Paris with Love,” CBS’ “Extraordinary Measures” and Paramount’s “Flight.”

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and a Leadership Communications certificate from Harvard University.

A youth advocate and activist for nearly 15 years, Jennifer’s PR prowess, ability to manage relationships and community relations expertise, has garnered overwhelming support from media, well-known public figures and celebrities — yielding collaborative efforts and a network of relationships with journalists, PR professionals, managers, agents and agencies.
